"I loved my work, and I thought I would do that forever, but I realized that if I really wanted to help people, I had to take my work from a micro level to a macro level," said Harrington.

"What is exciting about this work is the sheer number of things in the city I get to touch. I am working on airports, water utilities, affordable housing projects and more. It's interesting and fun," said Hastedt.

"I am really excited for the upcoming $1 billion-plus deal planned for next year to complete the renovations and expansion that will change the core of the downtown and be a catalyst for change that will impact the community for generations to come," said Hernandez.

"KayDee has been an integral part of the success of our growing platform," according to Truist Managing Director Scott Frail.

"I felt like I was arguing all the time, and I wanted to work more collaboratively and do good for the public," said Horevay.

"The municipal space was an opportunity to get to know my community and make an impact," said Huston.

"The underlying work of the projects fascinates me, and they are important to me," said Krusen.

"I was interested in the macro side of the market, but also wanted to be in a product that was more credit-specific. That attracted me to munis," said Litten.

"Having a hand in keeping the transit system and the citizens of New York moving is what I am most proud of," said Litton.
