Wilmington Trust Hires Joy Holloway as Corporate Trust Relationship Manager

Wilmington Trust hired Joy Holloway as a corporate trust relationship manager in the global capital markets division.

She will be based in the company's Richmond, Va., office and will work with municipalities, corporations, underwriters, financial advisors, attorneys, and other types of corporate trust and public finance clients for the issuance and administration of debt securities and escrows.

"We're pleased to have Joy join our team," said Robert Brown, administrative vice president of public finance and agency group at Wilmington, in a press release Jan. 6. "With Joy's experience and depth of knowledge of public finance, she'll be a great resource for our clients throughout the region."

Holloway has more than 27 years of experience in corporate trust and public finance, working with bond, custody, and escrow transactions. Previously, she worked for Regions Bank and Wachovia.

She is a member of the Virginia Chapter of Women in Public Finance, and an associate member of the Virginia Government Finance Officers Association. She also serves on the board of directors of the University of Richmond's SPCS Alumni Association.
