The coupon equivalent was 0.693%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 3.46.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 40.39%. The median yield was 0.665%. The low yield was 0.630%.
The bills have an issue date of Oct. 13 and are due Oct. 12, 2017.
Tenders totaled $69,109,210,000 and the Treasury accepted $20,000,186,300, including $169,708,300 non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought nothing for their own account in exchange for maturing securities.
