The coupon equivalent was 0.418%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 3.80.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 71.13%. The median yield was 0.405%. The low yield was 0.390%.
The bills have an issue date of Aug. 20 and are due Aug. 18, 2016.
Tenders totaled $83,705,185,700 and the Treasury accepted $22,000,674,200, including $125,185,700 non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought nothing for their own account in exchange for maturing securities.
