NEW YORK - The Treasury Department said Monday it will sell $40 billion of four-week discount bills Tuesday.
There are currently $56.004 billion of four-week bills outstanding.
The bills settle March 1 and are due March 29.
Federal Reserve banks hold $2.418 billion in maturing bills in their own accounts.
