The Treasury Department Tuesday auctioned $30 billion of four-week bills at a 0.940% high yield, a price of 99.926889.
The coupon equivalent was 0.954%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 3.06.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 731.6%. The median rate was 0.910%. The low rate was 0.880%.
The bills have an issue date of Aug. 24 and are due Sept. 21.
Tenders totaled $91,768,830,800 and the Treasury accepted $30,000,210,800, including $447,925,300 non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought nothing for their own account.
