The coupon equivalent was 0.269%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 3.37.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 69.11%. The median rate was 0.250%. The low rate was 0.200%.
The bills have an issue date of Oct. 13 and are due Nov. 10.
Tenders totaled $134,895,562,800 and the Treasury accepted $40,000,210,500, including $349,944,800 non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought nothing for their own account.
