The coupon equivalent was 0.264%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 4.13.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 64.80%. The median rate was 0.250%. The low rate was 0.220%.
The bills have an issue date of Oct. 6 and are due Nov. 3.
Tenders totaled $165,046,707,400 and the Treasury accepted $40,000,479,600, including $294,315,200 non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought nothing for their own account.
