The coupon equivalent was 0.248%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 3.66.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 73.73%. The median rate was 0.240%. The low rate was 0.200%.
The bills have an issue date of Oct. 20 and are due Nov. 17.
Tenders totaled $164,841,743,800 and the Treasury accepted $45,000,143,800, including $307,093,500 non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought nothing for their own account.
