The coupon equivalent was 0.243%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 3.75.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 23.52%. The median rate was 0.220%. The low rate was 0.200%.
The bills have an issue date of Oct. 27 and are due Nov. 25.
Tenders totaled $187,680,508,900 and the Treasury accepted $50,000,020,900, including $253,603,900 non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought nothing for their own account.
