The Treasury Department Tuesday auctioned $26 billion of two-year notes with a 1% coupon at a 1.085% yield, a price of par.
The bid-to-cover ratio was 2.73.
Tenders at the high yield were allotted 44.73%.
The median yield was 1.050%. The low yield was 0.888%.
Tenders totaled $71,044,254,700 and the Treasury accepted $26,000,227,200, including $154,824,700 non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought $2,767,228,700 for their own account in exchange for maturing securities.
The two-year notes are dated Nov. 30 and due Nov. 30, 2018.
