Audrey Chu, an investment banking associate in the Oakland office of Siebert Williams Shank & Co., has been named the Claire Goodman Rising Star for 2023 by the Women in Public Finance.
Chu will accept the award at September's Women in Public Finance

The Claire Goodman Rising Star Award recognizes one young female professional in the field of public finance annually, who has demonstrated consistent and remarkable progress in her contributions to the profession, displaying higher levels of leadership, responsibility, and influence within her sphere of impact.
Recipients must be under the age of 35 and have less than seven years' experience in the industry.
Chu was promoted to investment banking associate in the group Hall heads in March 2023. Prior to her promotion, she had been an investment banking analyst in the same group since 2020.
