
Siebert Williams Shank hired two professionals for its municipal underwriting team and opened a new office in Montgomery, Alabama.
SWS hired Tamika Reed as senior vice president in the new Alabama office and Narineh Panosian as vice president in the firm's Los Angeles office.

Reed will handle
Reed previously worked as a public finance banker at The Frazer Lanier Company in Montgomery. Prior to working in public finance, she was an attorney for the Alabama Education Association, where she represented public school education employees.
Reed is a board member for the National Women in Public Finance organization and is chairwoman of the Montgomery Health and Wellness Task Force.
In addition to the Alabama office, SWS has five offices in Florida, two in Georgia and 20 others outside the Southeast.

Panosian will support SWS's work on

SWS said Panosian has deep experience in producing financial solutions for municipal and not-for-profit clients throughout the West Coast and has overseen funding plans for capital projects.
