Peck, Shaffer & Williams LLP has elected Mark T. Kamer a partner of the firm, it announced earlier this week.
Kamer has worked for Peck Shaffer since 1994, based out of the firm’s Columbus office. He works as a bond counsel and underwriter’s counsel on traditional government financing projects and also focuses on tax-exempt financing for 501(c)(3) organizations.
He also represents commercial banks in lending transactions, including those providing credit enhancement or liquidity.
Kamer has a bachelor’s degree from Ohio State University and a law degree from Ohio State University.
