Freda spent nearly two decades as an executive leader at Moody's Ratings and was a founding member of the Northeast Women in Public Finance organization, which for the past 13 years has given out the Freda Johnson Awards to trailblazing women in public finance in her honor.

Bart Livolsi was a key contributor to Citigroup's significant growth during his 36-year tenure at the firm. A results-oriented leader, problem solver, and trailblazer, Livolsi provided superior results for his clients, investors, and employer. Livolsi ultimately became head of infrastructure public-private partnerships at the firm, where he was known for innovative muni financings in student housing and general government.

Known for his unparalleled work ethic and deep understanding of financial mechanics, Mark Page led the first tobacco settlement securitization and played a key role in forming the World Trade Center Captive Insurance Corporation. He also crafted a groundbreaking subordinate bond resolution for New York City's water authority and structured the Hudson Yards credit for the 7 Train extension.
