NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a supplemental resolution duly adopted by the Board of Directors of the Suffolk County Water Authority (the "Authority") on by the Authority on February 27, 2020, the Authority has elected to call in and redeem on December 1, 2021 (the "Redemption Date") all of the outstanding Water System Revenue Bonds, Series 2012 Refunding, dated January 24, 2012, maturing June 1, 2022 through June 1, 2026, inclusive (the "Refunded Bonds"), at the redemption price of 100% of the principal amount thereof plus accrued interest to the date of redemption.
