Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency: Request for Proposals for Bond Counsel

The Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency ("MassHousing"), which provides bond financing for affordable rental and homeownership programs, is seeking proposals from firms interested in serving as bond counsel to MassHousing. Interested firms may obtain a copy of the REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS ("RFP") at www.masshousing.com/rfp.

Responses to the RFP are due no later than 3:00 p.m. on Friday, April 11, 2025.
