NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN on behalf of Broward County, Florida (the "Issuer") that the Conditional Notice of Redemption dated September 1,2022 relating to certain of the above-captioned Bonds being redeemed on October 1, 2022 is hereby rescinded.
