What are the benefits of an enterprise subscription?
In addition to special pricing for enterprise subscriptions and dedicated account management, enterprise users have Premium Access to exclusive thought leadership, research, competitive data, discounted events and more.
What is the standard length of an enterprise subscription?
The majority of enterprise subscriptions terms are 12 months. In certain instances, we will also consider multi-year, paid-in-full subscription terms.
What happens to existing individual subscriptions under an enterprise subscription?
Existing individual subscriptions can be moved under enterprise contracts with prorated credit applied for any unused portion of the individual subscription, if applicable.
What is the minimum number of users required for an enterprise subscription?
In most instances, enterprise subscriptions start at 10 members.
Can login credentials be shared?
No. User access is assigned on an individual basis even if operating under an enterprise subscription agreement. Any sharing is in violation of our subscription agreement and can lead to termination.
