Deal of the Year 2022

The public-private partnership between Red River Valley Alliance and the Metro Flood Diversion Authority won for one component of its $2.75 billion Fargo-Moorhead Metropolitan Area Flood Risk Management Project.

All award winners will be honored at a ceremony at Guastavino's in New York City on Dec. 6 and are also finalists for the national Deal of the Year award, which will be announced at the close of the gala.

Along with Goldberg and Ninan, a dozen other honorees from the public and private sectors were chosen by the Northeast Women in Public Finance as Trailblazing Women in Public Finance.

Nominations are live for the 21st Bond Buyer Deal of the Year and Freda Johnson awards. The application deadlines are Friday, October 7.
